A new truck just opened in Vallejo’s competitive northside truck scene: LA CASCADA. Their shit is fresh, old-school, and detail-oriented. Highly recommended. They said if I found them a willing parking spot in Temescal, they’d give me “free food for one month.” Anyone who wants to help me make this a reality is welcome to contact me and facilitate my record-setting one-month backslide into morbid obesity.
