el taco jerezano (40th at hollis, e-ville) is one of the few trucks i’ve ever seen offering “chile verde” (pork stewed in a green-chile broth) in burritos and tortas. complementary chips and a very good vinegary sauce were a classy bonus, but be warned: you’d be better off asking them to hold the “guac”, which is definitely on the runny/disgusting end of the spectrum. also depicted: cane-sugar coke and travis wild’s amazing bacon-corn-redpepper salad for bonus pigfat!
